At Blades Pest Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality pest control services to our clients. As part of our dedication to transparency and compliance with UK law, we have established the following refund policy:
- Right to Cancel: Clients have the right to cancel our pest control services within 14 days of booking without providing any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. During this cooling-off period, clients are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
- Refund after Cancellation: If the service has not been provided during the cooling-off period and clients decide to cancel, Blades Pest Solutions will issue a full refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice.
- No Refund after Service Given: Once pest control services have been fully provided and completed, the right to a refund no longer applies. As such, clients will not be eligible for a refund after the completion of the service.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, where there may be valid reasons for a refund request after the service has been completed, Blades Pest Solutions will assess such requests on a case-by-case basis. These may include cases of material breach of contract by Blades Pest Solutions or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Uncompleted Services: In the rare event that Blades Pest Solutions is unable to complete the agreed-upon pest control services due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, clients will be entitled to a full refund for the uncompleted portion of the service.
